History

2010 – Foundation

IdomSoft Ltd. is the successor of Idom 2000 Konzulens Ltd., a company, that developed data asset managment systems, and was founded in 2000.

2012 – Transformation

Tigra Business Intelligence Llc. purchases IdomSoft Ltd. while the public administration business line of Multipolaris (founded in 2003) merges into IdomSoft Ltd.

2012 – The future begins

A Government Decision is taken about the government purchasement of IdomSoft Ltd, designating the National Infocommunications Service Company (NISZ) Ltd as new owner. In 2013 NISZ Ltd. gets the ownership rights of IdomSoft, whom most important customer becomes the Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services (KEKKH).

2014 – Towards new areas

After the Hungarian parliamentary election in 2014, the company comes under control of the Ministry of Interior. According to the new expectations, the scope of duties brodens, changing into a general governmental IT developer and operator business type.

2015 – Company is developing

In order to compliance with the new professional challanges, the company starts a remarkable growth.

2017 – Role expansion

At the end of 2016, the Central Office for Administrative and Electronic Public Services (KEKKH) ceases, with Ministry of Interior as its general legal successor. At the same time, by Government Decree 309/2011., IdomSoft Ltd. is designated as application-operator and application-developer of the listed systems. Hence, the company not only has implementing, but electonic data processing and professional „case-ownering” tasks as well.
